In January 2001 Rideau began construction on the new Halifax BMW Dealership. Designed by Anwyll Fogo Architects & Interiors Limited, the Kempt Road dealership covers twelve thousand square feet of building space.

The dealership is a flagship for BMW; the only one in Atlantic Canada equipped to sell and service both BMW cars and motorcycles. Because of the size of this dealership, it is only one of twelve in Canada to launch an upcoming new line of BMW vehicles.
