Designed and built by Rideau Construction Inc., for the Scotia Learning Centres Consortium, this 65,000 sq. ft. facility will be leased to the Provincial Department of Education for the use of Consiel Scolaire Acadien Provincial (CSAP). Six hundred students and their teachers moved into the new school in September of 1999, just eight months after construction commenced.

The advantages of the Private Public Partership system was highlighted throughout the design and construction of this facility. Rideau Construction undertook an in-depth consultation process involving teachers, students, parents and community groups, resulting in a tailor-made learning centre.
