A new 59,000 sf, four storey residence for the University of New Brunswick - Saint John Campus consisting of extensive site work, pre-stressed concrete floor panels, pre-engineered trusses, and masonry to name a few of the trades involved. This residence will have a finished look complimentary to UNBSJ existing residence scheduled to be substantially complete in May 2003.
