Whycocomagh, Nova Scotia

Whycocomagh School is one of the most unique schools in Nova Scotia. Designed and built by Rideau on the site of the old Whycocomagh Elementary School, it sits on a beautiful point overlooking the Bras D'Or Lakes.

But it's the facilities inside the school that are the most impressive - unique features including an aquatic center with more than 20 aquariums and a touch tank. Every classroom will have greenhouse windows - features that enable students to study flora and fauna first hand.
