For Windows XP users:
- Click on the site you wish to access (right-hand side of
this page)
- If prompted, enter your Username & Password (Log on)
- Once page loads (FTP Root); Click Page / Open FTP Site
in Windows Explorer
- You will receive an error message; Click OK
- Click File / Login As...
- Type in your Username & Password (Provided by Bird) (Log
on)
For Windows Vista users:
- Click on the site you wish to access (right-hand side of
this page)
- If prompted, enter your Username & Password (Log on)
- Once page loads (FTP Root); Click Page / Open FTP Site
in Windows Explorer
- Click Allow, when prompted by Internet Explorer Security
- You will receive an error message; Click OK
- Right-Click the highlighted file(64.29.145.9) & select
Login As...
- Type in your Username & Password (Provided by Bird) (Log
on)
