Rideau was pleased to be selected by Shannex Healthcare Management as the design-build contractor for Parkland Estates, an impressive new healthcare community. Phase 1 of the development included two buildings in a lush forested setting in Clayton Park. Here residents have the opportunity to choose between independent or assisted living.

The recipient of the 1998 Lieutenant Governor's Award for Design, Parkland Estates will create new standards for the healthcare industry in Nova Scotia.
