A 5-storey retirement residence, this structure is a combination of structural concrete, structural steel and insulated 5-storey tilt-up panels complete with areas of embedded brick. The foundation is nearly complete, the parking garage slab is 50% poured, and the level one structural slab will be 35% poured by November. Scheduled for completion in Summer 2004, the owner on this project is Shannex Management Healthcare Inc., and the consultant is Harvey & MacKenzie.
