Physical Sciences Complex Antigonish,
Nova Scotia
Work on the new 100,000 sf Physical Sciences
Complex is on schedule. With the building structure basically
complete, installation of face brick, roofing and windows
is progressing toward a planned weather-tight envelope by
early December. Mechanical and electrical rough-ins and stud
partitions are well advanced, drywall installation began recently,
and all major mechanical and electrical equipment is in place.
With finish trades and installation of laboratory casework
scheduled to start prior to Christmas, project completion
and turnover are planned for late Summer 2004. As the largest
construction taking place in eastern Nova Scotia this year,
the Complex will house laboratories, classrooms and advanced
research facilities. Click
