The project entailed the removal and reinstallation of ceilings and floor coverings. The cold lumber storage area was changed to a heated and air-conditioned space. Work included new aluminum entrances, new handicap accessible washrooms as well as upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems.
