St.Stephen, New Brunswick
Rideau Construction was awarded the building portion
of this contract. The retail area is 43,000 square feet with
7,000 square feet of semi-sheltered lumber area. The exterior
walls are painted precast concrete panels. The concrete slabs
are 12 feet x 9 feet reinforced "structural" slab
design.
