From the hand carved signs to the natural streaming sunlight,
Sunnyside Mall perfectly recreates the feeling of a shopping
district of days gone by.
Rideau Construction Inc. was pleased to
be chosen by Southwest Properties to coordinate and manage
the tenant work. Sunnyside Mall was also the recipient of
the prestigious North American Shopping Center Owners Award
of Excellence.
