Design-Build
Design-Build construction delivery method
is appropriate for many projects. Rideau takes on the responsibility
for both the design and the construction of the client’s
project. We then assemble a team consisting of architects,
engineers, estimators, accountants and managers. This delivery
enables the fastest construction of cost effective quality
projects. We have completed many design-build projects
ranging in value from a few thousand dollars to $23 million.
Construction
Management
Managing the complex aspects of a major
construction project can be a daunting task. Orchestrating
the array of trades, engineers, architects and the other members
of the team requires a management contractor with a high degree
of skill and versatility. Our Construction Management services
provide our customers with comprehensive management of all
aspects of the project, from conception to completion.
General Contracting
Rideau provides a full range of General
Contracting services for every project. We have the expertise
and specialists to ensure every detail of the job is carried
out with quality, professional results. From the largest construction
projects to smaller buildings and renovations, Rideau consistently
proves we can get the job done on time and on budget, to the
highest quality standards with competitive pricing.
Tilt-Up
Tilt-Up construction is the on-site manufacture
of concrete load-bearing wall panels, which are then “tilted-up”
to form the exterior walls of a building. This construction
method allowed Rideau to deliver 14 schools within a very
short time constraint. Tilt-Up offers many advantages to an
Owner such as, speed of construction, cost, durability of
construction and architectural merit. Rideau has experienced,
professionally trained superintendents leading our Tilt-Up
growth.
